Returns
- All returns must be raised within 72 hours of product delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
- Returns will not be accepted if the brand tag or plastic seal is removed.
- Quality or quantity issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, a partial amount is collected online at the time of placing the order. This amount is non-refundable.
Reverse Pickup: - Reverse pickup or return pickup services are chargeable. A fee of Rs. 100 to Rs. 120 will be applicable per pickup request, depending on the location and logistics partner.
- Reverse pickup charges are applicable for each pickup request and are non-refundable once the pickup is initiated.
- The reverse pickup fee may vary based on the delivery location and courier partner availability.
- Reverse pickup charges will be deducted from the refund amount, if applicable.
- In cases where reverse pickup is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the pickup fee will still be applicable.
- Customers may choose to self-ship the product at their own cost if reverse pickup is not preferred.
- Reverse pickup is subject to service availability in your location.
Return Process
- Raise a return request by emailing info@srv1223348.hstgr.cloud with a clear photo or video showing the brand tag and plastic seal.
- Once approved, a pickup will be scheduled within 4 – 5 working days.
- After inspection of the returned product, your exchange will be initiated within 3 – 4 business days.
Cancellations
- Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. You may request a return after delivery.
- Refusing to accept delivery will be treated as a return and processed as per the return policy.
Exchanges
- Exchange requests must be raised within 72 hours of product delivery.

- Reverse pickup will be attempted twice; beyond that, the customer must ship the product manually.
